Everything was wonderful. the bed with hypoallergenic and down pillows was comfortable. the room was reasonably spacious and perfect. the location was magnificent and incredible, just minutes from the old town.

Our suite was equipped with beautiful views. Having a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and shower caps was a bonus.

The spot was awesome right in the heart of town and had all the necessities. Plus, it was super close to both the airport ✈️ and the breathtaking Santorini island, as well as being perched on a stunning cliff top.

We had a perfectly pleasant stay at this brand, new hotel. Luxurious and exceptional room with a laptop, size safe, a mini, bar, and a sofa bed. Greatly enjoyed the hotel's location on the island. Beautiful tourist attractions like Porta Santa Maria were just a couple of blocks away from the accommodation. Wow! Our stay at Kivotos Santorini was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location and breathtaking views. Our room was pure luxury, with a beautiful indoor hot tub and a heavenly rain shower. The queen size bed was so comfortable, and the lighting system added a captivating ambiance. But the highlight was definitely the view from our balcony. The Aegean Sea stretched out before us, and the iconic Skaros was a sight to behold. We spent hours taking photos and soaking in the beauty. And let's talk about the food! Our dining experience at MAVRO was out of this world. The king crab, sea urchin salad, and vintage rib eye were pure bliss on our palates. The service from the staff was exceptional, especially the amazing Effie, Lisa, and Aris. From start to finish, our stay at Kivotos Santorini was a 5/5 experience!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel situated on a stunning cliff top. The view from the balcony was unbeatable and we could easily access the restaurant. The staff was super friendly, helpful and prompt in communication. The room was spacious, clean and had great facilities including a comfortable bed, indoor hot tub, and rainfall shower. Moreover, we enjoyed the breakfast served either in the room balcony or the restaurant.

There was nothing we didn't like.

the hotel's location allowed us to dine at the restaurant, visit local bars, and enjoy beautiful views. the room was spacious, and the balcony had an unobstructed view of the sea. the staff provided us with great service, and the breakfast menu was extensive.

The transport prices to and from the hotel were a bit steep.

The view from the room was fantastic, with a breathtaking sunset. the breakfast served was delicious, and quite a variety of options were offered. the location was great as it was close to bars and restaurants.

the staff seemed uninterested in our needs. We had to wait quite a while for our room service and we had trouble getting in touch with the front desk when we needed assistance.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! the beautiful views from my balcony were breathtaking. the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had all the tech gadgets I needed. Breakfast was served on my balcony at the time I picked, it made the whole experience feel like a private retreat. Plus, the location was perfect, near all the must, see attractions.

The housekeeping could have been more thorough, they forgot to refill my water bottles and shower gels a few times. my PCR test was not done very professionally, and they sent us the wrong results at first, which was frustrating.
